In August 2026, the La Via Musica Festival presents “TZIGANE”, a music and equestrian performance revolving around freedom, exile, love and destiny.

Under the circus tent of the Compagnie Pagnozoo, horses, riders, singers and musicians unite to form a great poetic epic, carried by the music of Sarasate, Brahms, Schubert and Ravel.

The performance centers on: a celebrating community, the arrival of a stranger, a fiancée who defies her imposed fate, a violent man who has returned from the past, and the mysterious voice of a beggar woman who can apparently read both cards and souls.

The violin of the gypsy Count Mourja , the voices of Jan Kobow, Miriam Fußeder, Jennifer Gleinig and Sebastian Noack , the historical piano of Arthur Schoonderwoerd and the horses of the Compagnie Pagnozoo create a universe that is at once intimate, wild and deeply human.
